BJP national vice president Ram Madhav to visit Jammu tomorrow
The visit is intended for organisational meetings and addressing the Special Intensive Revision controversy, according to the BJP.
BJP national vice president Ram Madhav is arriving in Jammu for a day-long visit on November 3, 2026, according to Greater Kashmir.
Jammu BJP chief spokesperson Sunil Sethi said Madhav will attend party meetings before addressing the media at 1 pm at the BJP headquarters in Trikuta Nagar.
Sethi stated the visit is for organisational meetings and to address concerns regarding the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) controversy, which the party says is being subject to opposition propaganda.
The spokesperson dismissed speculations that the visit is related to government formation or political equations, calling such claims purely speculative and conjectures.
Sethi added that the party is holding press conferences regarding SIR across different states and Union Territories and that Madhav is coming along with the state team for that purpose.
The visit coincides with the resignation of National Conference (NC) MP Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi from both the Lok Sabha and his party on November 3, 2026.
