Kristen Wiig relists Pasadena home for $6.3 million
The actress is relisting the modernist property just four months after she purchased it for $5.5 million.
Actress Kristen Wiig has relisted a modernist house in the San Rafael neighbourhood of Pasadena. The property is being offered for $6.3 million, four months after she purchased it for $5.5 million in February 2026.
The 1965 residence was designed by architects Ainsworth, Angel & McClellan. It features redwood-lined interiors, travertine floors, original wood-panelled ceilings, and expansive glass walls across three levels.
The house is set on almost half an acre of land designed by landscape architect Kenneth S. Nakaba. The grounds include a freeform swimming pool, an inset spa, and separate guest quarters.
According to The Spaces and Robb Report, Wiig initially listed the property in May with an $800,000 markup. However, Robb Report and Mansion Global reported that the asking price was reduced after the initial listing.
The property is being marketed through Maisonre and Christie’s International Real Estate. The residence combines California modernism with traditional Japanese architectural influences.
