Joely Fisher's Calabasas home sells for $2.9 million
The property sale occurred three days after a two-day estate sale featuring Hollywood memorabilia and designer clothing.
Actress Joely Fisher's residence in Calabasas, California, sold for $2.9 million on December 17, 2025. The sale took place three days after a two-day living estate sale held at the property.
The estate sale was conducted on December 13 and 14. Organiser Handled managed the event using a timed-entry system that admitted 40 shoppers every half hour.
Items available at the sale included television scripts, Hollywood memorabilia, and designer pieces from brands such as Chanel, Vivienne Westwood, and Cosabella. Fisher said she is an eclectic collector and noted that parting with the collection was difficult.
According to Realtor.com, the home was owned by a trust belonging to Fisher's mother, veteran actress Connie Stevens. Fisher's family purchased the property in 2017 for $2.3 million.
The family had previously listed the home for $3.1 million in March. Fisher and her family are reportedly preparing to move into a new home to begin a new chapter.
