CRPF Director General GP Singh attributed the milestone to better training, strategic planning, improved equipment, and enhanced medical response mechanisms, such as the high-speed evacuation of injured personnel.
The Prime Minister has made annual visits to military locations a regular routine since 2014. Previous celebrations have taken place at locations including the Siachen Base Camp, the Punjab sector, and the Gurez sector in Jammu and Kashmir.
