Foreign tourists express admiration for Ayodhya celebrations at Ram ki Paidi

Visitors from England and Ukraine shared their delight after witnessing illuminated ghats and festive spectacles in the holy city.

Foreign tourists gathered at Ram ki Paidi in Ayodhya to witness grand light displays and cultural celebrations, according to ANI.

A visitor from England, who was in the temple town for the first time, told ANI that the show was beautiful and noted the kindness of the local people.

Simona, a tourist from Ukraine, said she was amazed by the beauty of the celebrations after being invited by her sister.

More than 30 lakh earthen lamps were used to illuminate 56 ghats along the banks of the Saryu River, with thousands of volunteers lining the banks.

Chief Minister Adityanath toured an exhibition covering the 500-year history of Ayodhya, the Ram Janmabhoomi movement, and modern infrastructure changes before the main stage program.

Over 2,500 police officers and specialised security forces were deployed to manage the large number of devotees.
