Displaced families from Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir can now apply for one-time assistance of Rs 5.5 lakh until March 31, 2027.
The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has extended the deadline for displaced families from Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) to apply for a one-time relief assistance of Rs 5.5 lakh.
According to the Daily Excelsior, the new deadline for submitting these applications is March 31, 2027.
The Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction issued the order, identified as Govt Order No. 75-JK(DMRRR) of 2026.
Families who have not yet utilised the relief package are requested to submit their applications to the concerned department before the extended date.
