Cyclone Murasu causes destruction in coastal Andhra Pradesh
Heavy rainfall and strong winds have damaged crops, boats, and trees as the storm made landfall on Tuesday morning.

The district administration has started rescue operations to evacuate those people. Additionally, a large tree fell on the statue of Andhra Kesari Tanguturi Prakasam Panthulu at the Prakasam district Collectorate, causing it to collapse.
