UP Special TET admit cards released for exam on November 3
Teachers can download their admit cards for the UP Special TET 2026 from the official website using their application numbers.
The Uttar Pradesh ES SC has released the admit cards for the UP Special TET 2026, according to Prabhat Khabar. The examination is scheduled to be held on November 3, 2026, across various districts in the state.
Teachers who applied for the exam can download their admit cards by logging in to the official website, upessc.up.gov.in, using their application numbers. Candidates are advised to check all details on the admit card and take a printout.
The special exam is being organised for government teachers currently working in state schools who have not yet passed the TET. This follows a mandate that passing the TET is compulsory for teachers to continue their service.
Teachers have been given until 2028 to meet this qualification requirement. The Uttar Pradesh government decided to hold this special exam to provide an opportunity for those who must obtain the qualification within the set deadline.
If a teacher does not pass this special exam, they will have the opportunity to appear in the TET exam held next year. However, they must pass the TET by the 2028 deadline to avoid impacts on their jobs.
