The three-day meeting in Madhya Pradesh will also review programmes held during the organisation's Centenary Year, according to media wing chief Sunil Ambedkar.
The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) will hold a three-day Akhil Bharatiya Karyakari Mandal Baithak in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, starting on November 2, according to the Deccan Chronicle.
RSS media wing chief Sunil Ambedkar said the meeting will deliberate on the Gen Z issue and a plan to overhaul the organisation's structure. The meeting will also review various programmes undertaken during the Centenary Year.
Ambedkar stated that the RSS organised programmes for young men and women in rural areas and university campuses to gather feedback on Gen Z issues. The aspirations and perspectives of youth will be considered when formulating future programmes.
The meeting will also discuss the prevalence of narcotic substances. Plans for public awareness campaigns to protect young people from substance abuse will be formulated with the cooperation of social and educational institutions.
The organisational election process will proceed through district, division, province, and regional levels before the Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha in Nagpur in March 2027. The election for Sar Karyavah will be completed at the Nagpur meeting.
RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat is among 408 functionaries attending the meeting. Ambedkar noted that the Sangh remains open to ongoing discourse concerning the organisation and the concept of Hindutva.
