Actress Kajol posted a photograph of Aishwarya against the Eiffel Tower on Instagram, writing, "Happy birthday Aishwarya…killing it on every stage."
Fashion designer Manish Malhotra also extended his congratulations on social media, calling her "Dearest gorgeous."
Fans on X shared tributes to the former Miss World, praising her beauty and her career spanning beauty pageants and Bollywood.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan won the Miss World title in 1994, becoming the second Indian woman to win the crown after Reita Faria in 1966. She debuted in the 1997 Tamil film Iruvar and has since appeared in Hindi films such as Devdas, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Mohabbatein, Guru, Jodhaa Akbar, and Taal.
