Hanuman Ansh makers warn against unauthorised claims over film rights
Swambhu Media Network states that no individual can independently handle the film's rights or official business following its box-office success.
The makers of the film Hanuman Ansh have issued a clarification stating that no single person has the authority to independently manage the project's affairs. According to the Times of India, Swambhu Media Network Pvt. Ltd. emphasised that all decisions must follow agreements signed between the producers.
The production house noted that an individual has been representing themselves as authorised to deal with the film's rights. The company clarified that all rights, including theatrical, OTT, television, music, gaming, and licensing in India and international markets, are governed by agreements between the four official producers: Namrata G Singh, Dr. Vishal Chaturvedi, Ragini Sona, and Anupriya Nagar.
Namrata G Singh and Dr. Vishal Chaturvedi have been designated as the sole Executive Directors. They will oversee marketing, public relations, awards, and strategic partnerships to ensure all communication goes through an authorised team.
The company also instructed the cast and crew to obtain prior approval before participating in media interviews, podcasts, or YouTube shows. The production house warned that any business arrangements or award claims made outside the official process will not be recognised.
The film, which depicts the life of Neem Karoli Baba, also known as Maharaj ji, reportedly earned Rs 342.44 crore in net collections in India. Swambhu Media Network stated it will pursue action against anyone attempting to misuse the film's intellectual property or name.
