The match is scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm IST, with the toss taking place at 12:00 pm IST. In the previous game in Auckland, New Zealand won by 87 runs after posting 259 runs. Times Now reported that Glenn Phillips scored a century and Michael Bracewell scored 65 during that match.
The Indian Express noted that the previous game exposed India's bowling frailties and batting over-reliance on the top order. With the series already won, Shreyas Iyer's side may consider changes to the playing XI.
