BSEB releases 2026 Sent-Up exam schedule for Matric and Intermediate students
The Bihar School Examination Board has announced that theory exams for Class 10 and 12 will be held in November 2026.
The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has announced the schedule for the Sent-Up examinations for students preparing for the 2027 Matriculation and Intermediate annual exams, according to Moneycontrol and Prabhat Khabar.
Intermediate theory examinations for Arts, Science, Commerce, and Vocational streams will run from November 19 to November 28, 2026. Practical exams for these students are scheduled from November 30 to December 2, 2026, at their respective schools and colleges.
For Class 10 students, the Matric Sent-Up theory exams will take place from November 23 to November 27, 2026, with practical examinations held on November 28, 2026. The board noted that regular eligible candidates must appear for these exams to qualify for the 2027 annual board examinations.
The board stated that students in the ex-regular, compartmental, and improvement categories are not required to take these Sent-Up exams. However, the BSEB clarified that admit cards for the 2027 annual exams will not be issued to any student who is absent or fails to pass the Sent-Up examinations.
The board is providing a 15-minute cool-off period in both shifts of the Intermediate exams to allow candidates to read and analyse question papers. The first shift cool-off period is from 9:30 am to 9:45 am, while the second shift period is from 2 pm to 2:15 pm.
Students have been advised to contact their schools or colleges for specific subject-wise schedules, examination centres, and further instructions.
