Iran Supreme Leader warns of unrestricted response to any attack

Ayatollah Ali Khamenei ordered military commanders to update target lists to include American-Zionist assets during a meeting with senior officials.

Iran Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei stated that the nation's armed forces will decide how to end any future military or terrorist attacks by enemies.

The remarks were released via a statement on his website after a meeting with several high-ranking military officials.

The meeting included armed forces chief of staff Ali Abdollahi, army chief Amir Hatami, and Revolutionary Guards commander Ahmad Vahidi.

Khamenei directed the commanders to ensure that any threat receives an immediate, impactful, and geographically unrestricted response.

The Supreme Leader also ordered an update to Iran's target list to include all tangible and intangible assets of the American-Zionist enemy.

This statement comes as a Qatari delegation arrived in Tehran on Friday for talks, after Iran reportedly received a letter from US Vice President JD Vance.
